Administration Role in Specialist Palliative Care
An administration position supporting a specialist palliative care service based in the community, working alongside other admin colleagues.

We aim to provide effective, efficient, non-judgemental, user-friendly, confidential, and integrated services delivering Specialist Palliative Care for Hertfordshire's population. Flexible working hours are required to meet the needs of the management team.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and promote confidentiality, understanding the sensitive nature of the service.
* Use initiative to handle day-to-day issues.
* Assist with organising training events, support presentation processes, and support meetings for the service and clinical lead.
* Process new referrals, update waiting lists, handle tasks, answer queries from patients, carers, and professionals, and communicate appointment information.
* Liaise regularly with other palliative care providers.

This service operates 7 days a week.
