Hybrid (Bridgend in Wales) 2 days in the office per week

You’ll lead the transition from agency-led to in-house marketing and build the entire acquisition function from scratch — with full backing and budget.
The Performance Marketing Lead will take ownership of digital performance marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates. You’ll be central to our client’s ambition to rapidly scale new customer acquisition in the UK, EU, and US — with full control over strategy, hiring, and optimisation.
