This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, social work, youth work, or other child-focused professions. You will gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs while developing the skills and confidence required for a successful career in education. The schools we work with support students with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. No formal teaching qualification is required; however, applicants should have a genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential. Responsibilities May Include: Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities. Encouraging student participation, independence, and confidence. Supporting students with their social, emotional, and behavioural development. Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support strategies. Delivering pre-planned learning activities where appropriate. We Are Looking For Graduates Who: Hold a degree in any subject area. Have a passion for working with children and young people. Are patient, resilient, and adaptable. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Are interested in pursuing a long-term career within education or related fields.
