Role
The successful QA Supervisor will:
* Lead a small team of QA operatives across various shifts.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and process checks in line with BRC and customer standards.
* Ensure all non-conformances are logged, investigated, and followed up appropriately.
* Support ongoing training and development of QA staff.
* Liaise with production and technical teams to resolve quality issues in real-time.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with HACCP and GMP standards.

The successful QA Supervisor is someone who is both proactive and detail-driven, with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of food safety protocols.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in a QA role within a food manufacturing or fresh produce environment.
* Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead a team.
* Comfortable working across shifts and in chilled environments.
* Confident in using quality management systems and reporting tools.
