We are now seeking an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join our team and support our operations in delivering a successful project, while continuing to strengthen our valued partnership with Whitehaven. About the role The Senior Site Administrator reports to the off-site Administration Coordinator and works closely with the Site Administrator, Project Manager, and site-based team to provide high-level administrative and financial support across our contracts. In addition to general administration support and fleet maintenance scheduling, this Senior role requires proven experience in managing complex contracts and financial functions, including budgeting, KPIs, invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable, and debtor management. Strong attention to detail and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels is essential. Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and client relationship abilities High-level written, verbal, and numerical communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines ERP experience (Pronto desirable) Intermediate to advance Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced excel desirable) Qualifications in Accounting or Business (preferred) What we can offer you: The benefits of working for us extend way beyond your weekly salary.
