As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our operational and production functions. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape our processes, elevate project delivery, and contribute meaningfully to our growth trajectory.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop the operations and production teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
* Drive operational performance and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Oversee customer engagement, quotations, project management, and scheduling
* Manage supplier relationships and coordinate material sourcing
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all operational areas
Qualifications:
Mandatory skills:-
* Minimum 5 years' leadership experience within the signage, graphics, or print industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Demonstrated expertise in project scoping, quotation development, scheduling, logistics, quality assurance, and delivery.
* Proven supplier management and negotiation capabilities.
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable skills:-
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Haverhill, Suffolk premises, working 40 hours per week.
