What will you do?
1. Act as a role model for pupils, support their learning effectively
2. Meet personal needs while promoting independence
3. Commit to supporting pupils with special educational needs and contribute to Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
4. Encourage pupil interaction and cooperation, ensuring engagement in activities
5. Support emotional and social needs and accompany pupils on trips

What are we looking for?
13. Experience of working with relevant age group within a learning environment
14. An understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities
15. Ability to understand the role of parents and carers, with the ability to relate and build excellent working relationships
16. Ability to observe, monitor and provide constructive feedback on pupils progress
17. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school
