Role Overview
Deliver exceptional property expertise that supports the growth and success of pubs, ensuring quality, sustainability, and a 5‑star partnership experience for all stakeholders. This is a field‑based position.
Accountabilities
Using your skill as a trained property professional and through experience gained within the retail and leisure industry, ensure that the company's property assets (licensed, unlicensed, land and buildings) are legally compliant, fit for purpose and maintained to the highest standards, thus delivering maximum EBITDA and ROI through excellent customer service.

Person Specification – Technical Competencies/Professional expertise
- Experience in retail, leisure, or hospitality property management
- Strong understanding of building compliance, maintenance planning, and capex delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with a customer‑first mindset
- Experience of budgetary & financial cost control
- IT literate
- Independent responsibility for planning and delivery
- HNC/HND in either Building Surveying or Building Construction, or a professional qualification such as RICS or CIOB
- Working knowledge of landlord/tenant legislation
- Able to travel regularly across the UK pub estate, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential
