Technical Skills Strong understanding of building compliance, maintenance planning, and capex delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute with a customer-first mindset Experience of budgetary & financial cost control IT Literate Independent responsibility for planning and delivery HNC/HND in either Building Surveying or Building Construction, or professional qualification such as RICS or CIOB Working knowledge of landlord / tenant legislation Able to travel regularly across the UK pub estate therefore full UK driving license is essential Key Stakeholders Property Managers Head of Property Operations Managers Head of Operations Operations Director Investment Manager Interested?
