\nOur client is an award-winning defendant firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a 1-3 PQE solicitor or chartered legal executive with previous professional liability experience to join their Manchester Professional Liability team. This is a hybrid position.

\nYour new role
\nThis Professional Liability Associate role will see you:
\n\n
\n\t
* Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims, including defending solicitors, accountants, surveyors, and a small amount of medical malpractice work.
\n\t
* Support senior lawyers in large-scale, complex disputes.
\n\t
* Advise clients on coverage issues, liability, and quantum.
\n\t
* Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
\n\t
* Conduct negotiations and attend mediations and settlement meetings.
\n\t
* Liaise with clients, counsel, and experts to progress cases efficiently.
\n\t
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and client service standards.
\n

\nWhat you'll need to succeed

1. You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
