Job Description
3. Manage and grow relationships with department stores and independents to drive sales performance.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
5. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
6. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to wholesale clients.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise product offerings and promotional strategies.
8. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale partners to secure favourable terms.
10. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand the client network.
11. Dotted line management of an account executive.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Wholesale Manager should have:
12. Proven experience managing luxury department stores i.e. Harrods, Selfridges and a network of buyers.
13. Experience working in premium fashion, preferably menswear.
14. A strong understanding of wholesale operations and client relationship management.
15. Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
16. Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
17. Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance monitoring tools.
18. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
19. Ability to travel nationally for work.
