Our Client, Bolton Council, is seeking an Children's Team Manager to join their Family Help Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
* Family Help Team Manager within our newly established Family Help Service.
* To manage and maintain oversight of a Locality based Family Help team including direct line management of the staff.
* To provide additional support and coordination of the Early Help Access Point to ensure a clear direction for early help processes across the borough; supporting referrals that require targeted early help and efficiently navigate these cases through the early help pathways to ensure children, young people and families receive the right level of support in a timely manner.
* The post holder will manage services and resources across a team ensuring Family Hub and targeted intervention programme plans are coordinated and meet the needs of the community.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
* Must have minimum of 3 years Post Qualifying experience working as a Qualified social worker
* Must have experience as a Social Work Team Manager
