The Role Haywards Farm School is looking for a passionate KS1/KS2 Teacher to join our small, nurturing school. This is not a typical classroom role. You'll teach a high-quality, mainstream curriculum to children with a range of SEN and SEMH needs — adapting your approach within a trauma-informed, attachment-aware framework so that every pupil can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our classes are small, our adult-to-child ratios are high, and our aspirations for every child are higher still. You'll work alongside therapists, specialist support staff, and external professionals as part of a truly multidisciplinary team.
