Dounemount Care Home is looking to appoint a talented and motivated Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN)
Based on the outskirts of MacDuff, our care home offers excellent standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 34 residents.
Contract Offer: Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN)
· £22 per hour.
· Contracted to 40-hours per week.
· Pension.
· 5.6 weeks annual leave.
· Uniform provided.
· PVG paid.
· Onsite parking.

· CQC Compliance: Graded with two 3s and three 4s.
· Occupancy: 90%+ full
· Agency: Consistently very low usage
We Believe the Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN) of Dounemount Care Home should be
· RGN / RMN Qualified
· Strong clinical skills.
· Working with the elderly would be advantageous.
· Experienced of leading and managing a team.
· Able to support staff with further training and support.
· Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time.
