About the role
We’re excited to be adding an additional HR Advisor to our people function, someone who’s proactive, curious, and ready to make a real impact as we continue to strengthen our HR support across the business. At OUTCO, we keep our clients’ outdoor estates safe, compliant and operational all year round, but it’s our people who truly make that happen. This new role will be key in ensuring that same care and professionalism is reflected in every stage of the employee experience.

What you’ll be doing
* Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR and employee relations queries
* Support and guide managers through disciplinary, grievance, and absence processes
* Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction for all new starters
* Take the lead on TUPE transfers, ensuring smooth transitions
* Deliver engaging training sessions for line managers on key HR topics
* Support recruitment, HR data management, and reporting via HRIS/ATS
* Help manage our apprenticeship levy and relationships with training providers
What we’re looking for
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) with 2–3 years’ generalist HR experience
* Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
* Experienced in multi-site, fast-paced environments
* Detail-focused, discreet, and naturally collaborative
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
* Experience with Moorepay HRIS/ATS is a bonus!
