Job Description
We need a detail-oriented and tech/systems centric Recruitment Operations Manager with analytical skills to own the configuration, optimization, and reporting of our Greenhouse ATS (and Workday, as applicable).The role bridges recruiting technology, process optimization, and data analytics, ensuring our systems are efficient, integrated, and deliver meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration (Greenhouse + Workday)
* Serve as the primary system administrator for Greenhouse, managing configuration, permissions, workflows, templates, and integrations.
* Ensure data integrity across Greenhouse and downstream systems (Workday).
* Manage user access, training, and support for recruiters.
* Partner with HRIS and IT to maintain system integrations (Workday, LinkedIn, background checks, onboarding tools).
* Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations, including testing and documentation.
* Troubleshoot system issues and partner with Greenhouse support as needed.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
1. Maintain TA dashboards and reports to track KPIs
2. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems and reporting platforms.
