Job Overview:
MPA Recruitment is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Auxiliaries to join our experienced team in Craigavon and surrounding areas. This role is based in a hospital environment, offering flexible working hours and immediate start opportunities. You’ll work closely with nurses to deliver exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high standards of personal care to patients with empathy and professionalism.
* Assist patients during mealtimes and accurately record food and fluid intake.
* Promote patient independence wherever possible.
* Provide mobility support and help ensure patient comfort.
* Maintain clean and tidy patient areas, including making beds.
* Build rapport with patients through effective communication, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 6 months’ paid experience in a similar healthcare role.
* Willingness to attend mandatory training courses.
* Commitment to completing Access NI checks.
Desirable Criteria:
* Health and Social Care qualification.
