We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with experience in writing backend code using .NET C#. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and robust applications. Knowledge of HL7 FHIR and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems are highly beneficial.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain backend components of our healthcare software solutions using .NET C#.
* Collaborate with front-end developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and efficient applications.
* Implement and manage RESTful APIs and ensure they are secure and efficient.
* Optimise and refactor existing code to improve performance and scalability.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for the team.
* Work with HL7 FHIR standards to integrate and manage healthcare data.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain the quality and reliability of the software.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Previous professional experience in backend development using .NET C#.
* Proficient in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem, OOP principles, and multi-threading.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with HL7 FHIR and EHR systems is highly desirable.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with frontend technologies (, Blazor) is a plus.
* Understanding of security principles and how to apply them to healthcare data.
