Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, with experience in the construction industry (building fabric, building services and minor works), to join our Project Teams delivering construction projects across a number of public and private sector contracts in the Midlands area, England.

The position will be mobile covering mainly the Midlands area with the ideal candidate based in the Midlands. Please note that there will be, on occasions, travel to sites across the UK.

Role responsibilities:

* You will identify & procure the services of specialist designers & contractors as required to successfully deliver their allocated projects
* You will be responsible for the development & delivery of projects in the most cost-effective manner, demonstrating ‘value for money', across Mitie's portfolio of clients
* Manage the full Project from cradle to grave
* Manage and create the cost designs, scopes of the works and their schedules
* Ensure compliance with Mitie & client agreed project delivery methodology, governance & gateway approvals
* Take ownership of Health and Safety on Projects and monitor & control all change during a project lifecycle

What does our ideal candidate look like?

* Experience in project development, delivery and project lifecycle management
* Knowledge of CDM regulations
* Demonstrable experience of pre-construction and construction phases and delivery of multiple projects
* Preferably degree qualified in a surveying or construction related discipline
* Membership of a construction related institute (RICS/CIOB/RIBA/CIBSE/MIET or APM) preferable
* A relevant Health & Safety qualification (preferred but not essential)

The successful candidate will need to undertake security BPSS prior to commencing the role and Security Clearance (SC level and NPPV level 2).

The Role and Company:

I am looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager or Implementation Manager with deep AutoDesk Construction Cloud knowledge to join a large nationally recognised brand head quartered in the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimisation of AutoDesk Construction Cloud across the business. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to define requirements, manage the product roadmap, and ensure successful adoption and integration of the platform to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.

This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate expected to be in the West Midlands head office once a week on average.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and manage the product roadmap for AutoDesk Construction Cloud
* Act as a subject matter expert for AutoDesk Construction Cloud
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritise requirements
* Lead system configuration, testing, and rollout of new features
* Ensure data integrity and governance within AutoDesk Construction Cloud
* Provide training and support to end users
* Monitor system performance and work with vendors to resolve issues
* Make budget decisions in line with the Digital Construction Strategy

Experience required:

* Proven experience leading implementation of AutoDesk Construction Cloud
* Strong project management skills, agile methodologies
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
* Experience with data governance, compliance, and integrations
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Understanding of APIs and system integrations
