🔪 Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high and consistent standard
* Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are always maintained

* Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
* Be adaptable to different kitchen styles and service needs
✅ What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
* Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen operations
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to travel independently to venues across Brighton (own transport or reliable public transport access)
* A valid Enhanced DBS certificate may be required for certain venues (especially schools and care settings)
* A positive attitude and reliability – we’re looking for team players
