Job Description:
Are you experienced in Aviation Safety Data Analysis within the UK Defence Aviation Environment (UK DAE)? Do you want to share your expertise through training and consulting for a global leader in aviation safety? What You Will Be Doing:
* Delivering consulting, training, and managed services that positively impact our customers.
* Managing and assuring standards for technical delivery, quality, and investigation processes.
* Enhancing the client experience via our Quality Management System (QMS) and feedback mechanisms.
* Developing, maintaining, and managing products and services in line with company standards.
* Supporting product development with monitoring, reporting, and aligning with industry best practices.
* Leading or owning specific SMARRT MAP areas or products, especially in training and consulting.
* Assisting Business Development with client engagement, needs assessment, and solution proposals.
* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients.
* Delivering profitable projects that ensure client satisfaction and foster growth.
* Representing Baines Simmons at industry and client events, contributing to industry improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience with Aviation Safety Data Analysis within the UK DAE.
* Proficiency with UK ASIMS Analytics, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
* Deep understanding of Safety Risk Management and related structures in the UK DAE.
* Knowledge of BowTie risk analysis software.
* Willingness to train and consult, with or without prior experience.
* Strong communication skills, especially in technical English, and ability to lead discussions.
* UK military background is preferred.
* Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
* Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable approach.
