We are looking for apliance Coordinator within HEVAC to support the effective management ofpliance across heating, ventilation, electrical, and associated safety programmes.
This is a systems and data-focused role, ensuringpliance records, certification, and remedial works are accurately tracked, reported, and maintained to support a safe and fullypliant property portfolio.
Responsibilities of thepliance Coordinator:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-datepliance records across HVAC, electrical, and associated programmes
• Track and reconcile work orders, certification, and inspection reports
• Identify and escalate nonpliance issues and required remedial work
• Support performance monitoring through data analysis and reporting
• Administerpliance systems, including work orders, budgets, and records
• Prepare and validate reports to support operational performance
• Provide information for internal and external audits
• Support continuous improvement ofpliance systems and processes
• Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service delivery

• Monitoring HVAC and electricalpliance performance
• Supporting the delivery of plannedpliance programmes
• Coordinating certification, inspections, and remedial actions
• Using systems and data to drive efficiency and reporting improvements

The skills, knowledge and experience you’ll need
Essential
• Experience inpliance, asset management, or property maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or buildingpliance requirements
• Experience supporting planned works and performance monitoring
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Excellentmunication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and database systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
• Experience with housing or asset management systems
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, or building safetypliance
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting
