4. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to the audit team.
7. Review audit files and reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
8. Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and client service delivery.
9. Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
10. Coordinate with other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Manager should have:
11. Professional qualifications in accounting or auditing (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
