What You’ll Be Doing We’re looking for a Principal Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data & AI team. You’ll lead the design and delivery of modern data solutions for our clients, acting as both a technical expert and a trusted partner. If you're passionate about data, experienced in stakeholder engagement, and want to help shape sustainable solutions, this could be the role for you. Your Day-to-Day Understanding and listening to our clients and delivering appropriate solutions. Delivering projects in partnership with our clients, often acting as lead developer in a hybrid team that includes the client and Waterstons. Forming part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic solutions to complex problems. Challenging clients and suggesting better ways to solve their problems. Strong stakeholder management with leadership teams, often at a C-suite level. Owning Waterstons’ overarching relationship with a client as Client Partner. Travel to client sites.
