An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a growing, ambitious organisation with a global reach, located in Northallerton. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in delivering creative and data driven marketing campaigns across events, membership offerings, and digital platforms.
This role offers excellent exposure across email marketing, CRM, websites, and content creation, making it ideal for a proactive marketer looking to develop their skills, take ownership of campaigns, and make a visible impact within a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, managing copy, design, automation, testing and optimisation
Create engaging, on brand content for email, websites, social media and marketing materials
Manage and optimise websites and landing pages to improve engagement, conversions and user experience
Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time, within budget and to brand standards
Support the creation of marketing materials for events, membership initiatives and campaigns
Track and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights to improve engagement and lead generation
Contribute to brand development and wider marketing projects, supporting continuous improvement
Work closely with Sales, Events, Operations and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and current digital trends
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
Website content management experience
Strong copywriting and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Basic understanding of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
