Paid Internship Opportunity – Project Management (Change Management Tracker & Handbook Development)
Navantia UK (subsidiary of Navantia SA) is offering a six‑week paid internship for undergraduate students (first or second year) in Business, Business Management, Project Management or related disciplines. The internship provides hands‑on experience in project and change management and will support the development of practical tools used across the organisation.
About the Role
Working within the Project Management team, the intern will support change management activity by reviewing current processes, organising information, and building a streamlined, consistent approach to managing change. This role is ideal for students who are organised, proactive and confident using IT tools such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
* Review existing internal systems and map the current end‑to‑end change process.
* Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop a change management tracker that captures stakeholders, deadlines, status updates, next action owners and automated overdue alerts.
* Produce a weekly reporting format for the tracker.
* Draft a clear, practical change handbook outlining the full lifecycle of the change process.
* Create internal guidance and governance materials.
* Deliver a short training session demonstrating how to use the tracker and handbook.
