About the role
Join our Sales Team in an exciting role focused on driving growth and expanding the family business.
As part of our MICE strategy, you’ll help optimise sales opportunities and support the development of MICE business across our three locations: Crieff, Peebles and West Coast. Primarily based in Crieff, this hybrid role offers flexibility, with a minimum of one day per week at Crieff or other sites as needed.

No two days will be the same, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, proactive sales environment. You’ll manage key accounts and build strong relationships, all while staying focused on results - everything you do will show your commitment to driving the business forward.
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience in a sales environment or business development and creating new opportunities within the hospitality industry.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of industry trends.
* Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills.
* A customer-focused mindset, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
