The Opportunity
As an MBA Graduate, you will manage all aspects of SetSales, including building and leading a team, and executing the brand strategy. You should possess strong leadership, communication skills, ambition, and a drive to work in a fast-paced environment and scale the company rapidly.
Responsibilities
* Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
* Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
* Set expectations, establish goals, and provide feedback.
* Execute strategies quickly.
* Develop the company's brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
* Oversee conference planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budgets.
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are met.
* Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements
* +4 years of experience in high-speed, high-ethic environments (management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or startup).
* Bachelor's degree with excellent results, possibly followed by an MBA.
* Strong commercial awareness and business passion.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of results.
* UK, EU, or US work permit.
