The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and developing a small purchasing team and ensuring the effective management of procurement, material planning, supplier selection, and supplier performance. The role ensures that materials and services are sourced in a cost-effective, timely, and compliant manner while supporting production, quality, and business growth objectives. The postholder will drive supplier management strategies, material flow, and enhance supply chain resilience in the key commodities of glass and metalwork.
