Role Purpose
An AircraftRefuellingOperations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe refuelling of aircraft. They are responsible for coordinating and managing the refuelling process, including scheduling fuelling operations, monitoring safety protocols, supervising refuelling personnel, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards. Additionally, they may also be involved in quality control, record-keeping, and addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise during the refuelling process to maintain the overall integrity of aviation operations.
What you will be doing
1. Daily supervision of manpower requirements, shift arrangements, flight planning & fleet serviceability
2. Comply with the Group business principles for the management of HSSE at the Fuel's operation.
3. Together with site management, attends meetings & engages with Company representatives and the airport authorities.
4. Supervise and carry out the training of refuellers and new employees.
5. Supervises numerous contractors carrying out engineering and maintenance duties under the Shell Permit to Work procedures.
6. Involved in applying Company HR policies, employee relations and to instigate incident investigatory & reporting procedures.
7. Applies identified Best Practices and implement any changes as necessary.
8. Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with Employees, Customers and the Airport Company
9. Accountability for the adherence to Health & Safety and Security requirements for our operation.
10. Deputise in the absence of the Operations Manager.

What we are looking for
11. Excellent leadership, personal and communication skills are essential as is the need to be both adaptable and flexible.
12. Valid driving license with LGV C or LGV C+E & CPC (ADR would be an advantage).
