The Opportunity:
A highly respected and fast-growing law firm, with multiple offices across Essex and Suffolk, is looking for an experienced Client Support Team Leader to join their team. Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Client Support Team, ensuring a high standard of client onboarding and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You will oversee client due diligence (CDD) processes and provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team.
You’ll work closely with the Client Support Manager to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring that client onboarding is handled efficiently and professionally.
