About the Role
As a Sous Chef at Destination Inns, part of the McMullen Family, you will:
* Help create a relaxed country dining experience with a classic British menu and daily specials
* Support the Head Chef in kitchen operations
* Deliver the food concept to company standards and exceed guest expectations
* Manage food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and wastage control
* Train and develop the kitchen team
* Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
