A Typical Day in the Job:
1. Customer Contact: Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding all service requests.
2. Ticket Management: Handle Firstline Tickets, including common requests like password resets, application installs, and initial troubleshooting of technical issues.
3. Pre-process service requests received via email, manual entry, or direct customer input.
4. Coordinate all support groups to ensure maximum use of billable resources.
5. Schedule internal and field resources using the ConnectWise dispatch portal.
6. Monitor resource schedules and ensure prompt time entry on service requests.
