We have an amazing opportunity for you to become a Personal Assistant to a first year Neuroscience student, at home. She is looking for support at her family home from like-minded, caring individuals. Due to the remote location, access to your own vehicle is essential.
Location: Middle Barton, Oxford (OX7)
Dates: 29th April 2025
Hours: Week on/week off / Between 8am and 10pm / morning and evening support
Pay: £15 per hour / up 42 hours per week / hours to be discussed in interview
About the Job
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in somebody else’s life. Our client is a full-time electric wheelchair user and requires assistance with many aspects of daily life. Daily duties include but not limited to:
- Personal Care - Toileting, showering, getting dressed
- Health Care - Administering medication
- Social Support
- Daily Living - Cooking, Cleaning
Care experience is not required as full training in our client's particular requirements will be provided.

You will need:
- Access to own transport (Essential)

- Respectful of the client’s home environment
- To be physically fit, calm, patient, friendly, and caring
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Personable with a proactive attitude to work
- A mature and responsible attitude
