Are you an enthusiastic and inspirational Teaching Assistant who would like to join a large inner city primary school rated as Good by Ofsted in 2022 and Outstanding for Early Years?
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant that is a forward thinking, dynamic and a resilient individual. The colleague appointed will be a natural inspirer, with the ability to work collaboratively, deal effectively with behavioural issues and work with colleagues from outside agencies.
The role will involve whole class support as well as support for individuals and small groups of pupils with SEND.
The ideal candidate should:
•Actively support the ethos, educational vision, policies and direction of the school
• Have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour
• Have experience of working with children with SEND
• Be enthusiastic and flexible, using their own initiative
• Be creative and able to motivate all children
• High standards of English and Maths
• The ability to work successfully as part of a team

• A full induction programme for new staff
• Well behaved and polite children
Beeston Primary School is a large three form entry school with over 700 pupils including a large nursery setting. We are situated close to Elland Road Stadium and are proud of our links with the Leeds United Foundation.
