We are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of our digital marketing activity across our Shopify-based eCommerce platform. Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager, this role will own content and blog writing across the website, support website updates, and help deliver planned marketing activity in line with the marketing calendar. Responsibilities: Content & Blog Writing • Take ownership of content and blog writing across the website, including blog posts, core website pages, and hamper & product descriptions, in line with brand tone of voice • Refresh and optimise existing content to maintain relevance, accuracy and performance • Support SEO-led content creation, including on-page updates and metadata • Ensure all written content is clear, engaging and customer-focused Website & Shopify CMS Support • Support website updates using our Shopify CMS, including homepage, landing page and navigational changes • Implement content updates accurately and on time • Carry out quality assurance checks to ensure content is correct, consistent and aligned • Support improvements to on-site content and customer experience Marketing Calendar & Campaign Administration • Support the delivery of planned marketing activity in line with the marketing calendar • Implement website and content updates on scheduled dates • Track upcoming activity, deadlines and actions to ensure nothing is missed • Support coordination of content and assets required for planned activity Wider Marketing Support • Support PR activity, including coordinating product samples for journalists and tracking sample sends • Provide ad-hoc email marketing support where required, including building and sending time-sensitive emails • Support other marketing activity as needed, providing exposure across multiple areas of the marketing function Reporting & Insight (Support Level) • Assist with basic website and content performance reporting • Help identify content or on-site improvement opportunities What we’re looking for: • 2–3 years’ experience in ecommerce digital marketing • Confident using a CMS, ideally Shopify • Strong written English and excellent attention to detail • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Commercial awareness and customer focus • Execution-focused and detail-driven • Reliable, organised and proactive • Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders with clear priorities • Keen to learn and develop within a digital marketing team
