Administrative Assistant – Worksop
Full time - Temporary on going - 37 Hours per week
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Receptionist to support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of our business centre.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general admin, filing, and typing support.
2. Act as first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
3. Answer calls, handle post, and assist tenants with queries.
4. Raise invoices and maintain records for services and bookings.
5. Arrange meeting rooms and provide light refreshments.
6. Support marketing, events, and office lettings.
Requirements:
7. Confident user of Microsoft Office.
8. Excellent communication and telephone manner.
9. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
