Your impact

We're excited to be expanding our UK & Ireland team with the addition of a Mobility and Immigration Consultant—a role that plays a vital part in supporting our global operations and enabling our people to move where their skills are needed most.
In this role, you'll bring your expertise in UK and Ireland immigration law to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for employees navigating international assignments. You'll manage the full lifecycle of immigration cases, from initial case setup through to tracking and final filings. Your guidance will help employees and managers understand visa types, sponsorship timelines, documentation requirements, and travel considerations.
You'll work closely with HR and business leaders to monitor the movement of employees on work visas, ensuring everything is properly documented and compliant. As a key point of contact, you'll liaise with employees, internal stakeholders, and external immigration counsel to keep cases moving smoothly and on time.
Your day-to-day will also involve monitoring vendor performance, tracking active cases, and staying ahead of work authorization expirations—always with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You'll keep a close eye on regulatory changes, partnering with Legal to interpret and communicate updates that impact our people and processes.
This is more than a compliance role—it's an opportunity to shape the employee experience, support career mobility, and contribute to the success of a truly global workforce.
Here's what you'll need
* 5+ years of experience in immigration services, preferably within a corporate HR environment.
* In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, processes, and best practices.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Hands-on experience managing immigration case management platforms
* Experience in and knowledge of immigration laws and practices in other European countries is preferred
* Please note whilst we encourage people to come to the office and spend time with the teams, this role can be done on hybrid or remote basis.
