I run a growing digital publishing brand that produces premium nonfiction study guides.
We sell on:
• Etsy
• Amazon
• Direct website
We are building a 120-title catalog over time and need a long-term social and traffic strategist — not just someone to make graphics.
Primary traffic engine will be Pinterest (via Tailwind), supported by Instagram and Facebook.
You will be responsible for content creation, pin strategy, and growth execution — using AI tools for scale.
This is not a "post three times a week and hope" job.
This is a structured growth role.
⸻
What You'll Be Responsible For
Pinterest (Primary Channel)
• 3–5 pins per day (mix of new + evergreen)
• SEO-optimized titles and descriptions
• Tailwind scheduling and repinning strategy
• A/B testing pin styles
• Traffic optimization toward Etsy, Amazon, and website listings
• Bundle promotion strategy
Instagram + Facebook
• 3 posts per week
• Mix of carousel, static, and occasional reels
• Authority positioning (not motivational fluff)
• Drive traffic to bundles and newest releases
Blog Support
• Coordinate 1 weekly blog article (content provided or AI-assisted)
• Ensure internal linking to study guides
Reporting
Weekly report must include:
• Pinterest outbound clicks
• Top 3 performing pins
• Instagram saves + profile clicks
• Bundle link performance
⸻
Brand Guardrails (Non-Negotiable)
• No author likeness
• No original book covers
• No emojis in promotional graphics
• No motivational clichés
• Professional tone only
• Never publish full worksheet pages (IP protection)
• Use AI for scalable image creation
• Must understand conversion-based content
Full internal strategy guide will be provided upon hiring.
⸻
Tools You Must Be Comfortable With
• Tailwind
• Pinterest SEO
• Canva (advanced level)
• AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar)
• ChatGPT or equivalent for caption drafting
• Basic analytics tracking
If you've never used AI in workflow, this role is not a fit.
⸻
This Role Is NOT For:
• Pure graphic designers
• Meme creators
• Influencer-style content marketers
• Agencies that outsource everything
• Anyone who does not understand conversion funnels
⸻
Ideal Candidate
• Has grown a Pinterest account from scratch
• Understands digital product funnels
• Understands evergreen SEO traffic
• Can think in systems
• Comfortable building repeatable content frameworks
⸻
