This opportunity is with a fantastic business looking for a well established HR individual to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
Job Description
3. Lead, coach and develop the HR team to deliver responsive and effective HR support.
4. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across all areas.
5. Monitor workload distribution and team performance, identifying opportunities for development and process improvement.
6. Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations matters including absence, conduct, performance, and grievance issues.
7. Ensure fair and legally compliant outcomes, balancing policy with individual circumstances.
8. Support and coach managers in preparing for and conducting formal meetings, including investigations and hearings.
9. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
10. Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers.
11. Assist with policy interpretation and application, ensuring clarity and consistency across departments
12. Ensure all HR activity is aligned with current employment legislation and company values.
13. Contribute to the development of HR practices that reflect fairness, flexibility and operational needs
14. Build strong working relationships with managers and employees across the business.
15. Act as a trusted advisor, offering practical and tailored HR guidance.
16. Collaborate with the wider HR team to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
17. Design and deliver engaging essential manager skills training to support leadership capability and confidence.

The successful candidates:
18. Proven HR Advisory experience within a fast-paced enviornment.
19. CIPD level 5 qualified
20. Strong experiencer managing complex ER Cases
21. Experience managing a team is desierable
22. Excellent communication skills.
