This executive governance role is responsible for the oversight, delivery, and commercial performance of the EANI EdIS contract, ensuring Bromcom meets all contractual obligations, service commitments, and governance standards. The role covers contract management, customer relationship leadership, service management support, and the executive oversight of delivery teams.
You will be accountable for the contracts financial performanceincluding reporting, compliance, cost control, and margin protectionsupported by the Bromcom finance team. As Bromcoms largest contract to date, this role requires an experienced governance leader with a strong background in large-scale service delivery, public-sector contracting, and enterprise-level customer engagement.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in contract governance, service assurance, customer management, and programme oversight.
