Job Summary
Working within East Dunbartonshire Council Property Maintenance Services as the Voids Coordinator, you will be required to:
* Provide advanced technical advice within Property Maintenance for all clients, interpreting customer requirements to understand and exceed their needs.
* Conduct regular inspections of all Housing and Non-housing stock to ensure they meet standards required by legislation, regulation, and statutory requirements.
* Assist the Capital Team Leader with the delivery of void and capital programmes, including pre/post inspections, programming, and ordering of materials.
* Provide effective leadership by fostering a culture of teamwork and flexibility.
