Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in fostering the development and learning of elementary students. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting assessments and developing individualized therapy plans tailored to each student.
* Leading small group sessions and providing one-on-one therapy to address diverse needs.
* Collaborating with teachers and staff to seamlessly integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
* Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy techniques as necessary.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
* Valid Physical Therapist License in Massachusetts.
* Experience providing therapy in a school setting, especially with Pre-K and elementary-age students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
* Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
* Knowledge of special education regulations and practices is a plus.

Contract Details
This contract position runs from July 7, 2025, to August 7, 2025, with a commitment of 12 hours per week. We are conducting interviews as soon as possible for qualified candidates.
