Essential criteria:
* Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
* Knowledge of customs procedures, import/export regulations or transport planning.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
