What you will do:
1. Provide strategic vision and governance for rollout programs across the Colleague enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, technical standards, and long-term technology strategy
2. Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver EUC enterprise platform strategies, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
3. Oversee the design and delivery of EUC enterprise-wide applications, policies, and configurations, enabling seamless deployments and an optimized colleague experience
4. Act as a senior advisor and key decision-maker on EUC enterprise platform initiatives, influencing outcomes that drive business priorities and operational resilience
5. Ensure robust security and patch management in partnership with IT Security, proactively addressing vulnerabilities and maintaining regulatory compliance
6. Champion automation, modernization, and cost optimisation, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
7. Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical challenges, providing expert guidance and ensuring timely resolution of critical issues
8. Drive collaboration across internal teams and external service providers, ensuring integrated delivery, strong vendor governance, and strategic partnerships
9. Safeguard business continuity through a secure, compliant, and resilient EUC enterprise platform environment, mitigating risk and supporting operational excellence
10. Deliver an exceptional colleague experience through robust, reliable enterprise solutions, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to service excellence and innovation
11. Any other duties as required that reasonably fall within the role

What you will need:
12. A good understanding of working with customers in financial difficulty
13. A good understanding of modern debt collection and recovery methodology is desirable however not essential
14. Customer service experience is desirable
15. Previous administration experience is desirable however not essential
16. Strong verbal and written communication skills
17. Competent skills in Microsoft Office
