We’re now looking for a Partnerships Analyst to join our growing consulting team. You will sit at the heart of the business, helping to shape insight-led strategies and bring data to life for our clients.
Your work will include:
* Conducting research and analysis across sports, media and brand sectors to uncover trends, audience insights and partnership opportunities.
* Building benchmarking studies that evaluate rights holder performance and sponsorship value across different sports and territories.
* Producing reports, presentations and dashboards that turn complex data into clear, visual insights for senior clients and internal stakeholders.
* Developing evidence-based recommendations to guide commercial decision-making and partnership strategy.
* Creating compelling sales materials and valuations that substantiate sponsorship opportunities using audience data, media value and brand alignment metrics.
* Measuring and reporting partnership performance to demonstrate ROI and provide actionable recommendations for renewal and optimisation.
* Collaborating with our consulting and sales teams to design insight-led narratives that bring brand and rights holder opportunities to life.
Located in London, we're a dedicated team of 14, passionate about revolutionising the sports industry. We’re in a high growth stage of the company and work on a diverse mix of consultancy and rights sales projects.

Key Qualities We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in partnership analysis, sponsorship, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry.
