The role
Producing ptisserie and confectionery to a consistently high standard
Working with quality ingredients and well-developed recipes
Paying close attention to detail, flavour and presentation
Create, decorate, and finish cakes
Manage daily production and ordering
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety
Maintaining clean, organised and disciplined work practices
Requirements
Proven experience in a commercial bakery or patisserie setting
Passionate about craft, technique and quality
Calm, reliable and proud of your work
Comfortable in a busy environment
