🚀 We're Hiring: Key Account Manager (12-Month Contract) – Castleford, UK
Location: Castleford, UK (Field-based with occasional office visits)

Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in FMCG or OTC sectors? We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead national accounts, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing team. This role is field-based, with occasional visits to our Ridings Point office in Castleford for sales and marketing meetings.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage relationships with national grocery, high street, and discount customers.
* Oversee Joint Business Plans (JBPs), Cost Price Increases (CPIs), and commercial contracts.
* Deliver annual sales targets, accurate forecasts, and contribute to P&L performance.
* Negotiate trade terms and pricing strategies with key retail partners.
* Manage, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers.
* Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, customer solutions, and OTC leadership.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
What You Bring:
* Senior-level experience in national account management within FMCG or OTC.
* Strong negotiation and commercial skills with a record of delivering results.
* Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
* Analytical mindset with experience using insights to inform strategy.
* Proven ability to manage UK retailer accounts and execute JBPs.
* Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
