Experience and Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in secondary SEN settings.

* Strong skills in behaviour management and emotional support.
* Experience working with students with autism, ADHD, or other additional needs.
* A clear DBS.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
