Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and after-sales service for plumbing and bathroom products. Troubleshoot and diagnose product issues efficiently. Read and interpret technical drawings. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for product issues. Produce clear and concise technical reports. Maintain excellent communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met. Travel to customer sites for on-site support when required. What We're Looking For Essential Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in plumbing and bathroom products.
