The Role
* Handle a varied caseload including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and estate administration
* Assist more senior members of the team with more complex inheritance tax and wealth preservation strategies
* Collaborate across departments such as family law and residential property to provide comprehensive client solutions
* Build trusted, lasting relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication
Skills Required
* 1:3 years PQE in Private Wealth / Inheritance Law
* Strong technical knowledge in wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning
* Exceptional client care and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive matters professionally
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload with precision
* STEP qualification advantageous
